Run, don't walk, away from this company. The worst customer service and return policy on the web.
Actually prohibit you from returning a DEFECTIVE fan if it has been opened! How would anyone know it was defective BEFORE you installed it! The worst customer service policy.
Wish I could rate it a negative star.
They messed up delivery info on FIVE separate orders. I carefully added company name in the shipping addresses and they left it out EVERY SINGLE TIME. All for an offsite renovation so now I have no idea if the subs will be able to find anything. NO customer service - basically a 3 day silence followed by yawning sounds. Perhaps they would be interested in their website glitch? Nope. There are too many online choices to ever buy from Lumens!

Buyer Beware! They sell things they do not even have in stock and then claim they are ‘special order' and they will not refund/cancel! This is fraud plain and simple.
We purchased a expensive light that was badly advertised on their web page to find out the fixture doesn't not put the amount of lumens advertised. They won't return, won't give a credit or anything. NEVER DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN!
I ordered a Tizio lamp. I thought-weather has been horrible.I called a month after the ship date and it had been canceled.They "Sent me an email"I didn't receive.Declined to give me a discount for my trouble.They don't care.
They said they didn't charge me for a light I ordered 4 months ago and they did but never received the light or any notification of future delays... just a light bulb for $1,500... livid!
We purchased a coffee table from Lumens - very bad idea. We ordered the table in July 2020, received it October 2020 and by January, it was a mess. Chips, scratches - the material was so cheap the finish just about flaked off. We complained about this $800 coffee table was was told the manufacturer claimed "normal wear". We sent several photos as requested. Lumens customer service - who we had to chase down several times for a resolution - said sorry, we can send you $80. This company sells junk and doesn't stand behind the product. Wish I had read some of the review of the company before buying... they're all pretty bad. And they don't allow for reviews on their own website! NOT recommended for ANY products.
I bought a Kartell lamp, paying $610.
It arrived with only a euro plug. Customer service was the opposite of helpful; in fact, they demanded that I send them a photo of the missing plug!
I bought a replacement on Amazon for $3.99 rather than wait a week or two (or more) for them to sort it out.
There are many more places to buy expensive lighting that actually care about their customers.
Never again.
The box arrived and it was beaten up and missing parts. I have called customer service three times and have received zero follow up. Do NOT order from this company.
I ordered this and am very disappointed. First of all, there are only 5 levels, it is NOT very specific. Second of all, within 1 week I asked why it is always giving the same number (3) no matter what I ate. They responded "oh it takes at least 2 weeks for the device to 'get to know you.'" I didn't realize this was a thing... so now the 1 month you have to try the device is significantly reduced - BY HALF!
So, given the pandemic and other related issues, time got away from me. A few weeks later I realized, I hated this device. It told me 3 almost no matter what, unless I had barely eaten anything for 24 hours, then I would get a 1 or 2. I never got a 5 even when I seriously overate...
So it is a seriously flawed product that needs a lot of work, still. And when I messaged them to return it, they refused to take it back! They said give it to someone else! Why would I want to give a silly expensive device to someone else? Please take it back! Nope.
What a scam! So after 6 weeks I reached out and they REFUSED to accept the return, saying I had missed the 4 week window of opportunity. Any company that stands by its $500 product is not so desperate that when someone is 2 weeks late to return the device, and there is a record that I was having difficulty with it after 1 week... they will not accept the return. Raises a huge red flag. STEER CLEAR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!
I ordered 2 sconces in Dec for Jan 1 delivery. After 3 delays, I get 1 in early FEBRUARY and the 2nd is another month out - which no one told me. Not even an apology from Customer Service. What a shabby operation.
Customer Service is either nonexistent, slow, or they drop the ball almost immediately. Also, some of the items in my order were flimsy and disappointing. I doubt I'll shop there again.
Ordered a lamp that was said to be "in stock" on the website, I paid the price in full and waited patiently for the order to be shipped, 3 days or so pass and silence the item still is not shipped, in the meantime I shopped around and found a price cheaper than lumens and requested a price match. Which apparently is their policy... the same day I request a price match I find my order to be " cancelled due to discontinued item by manufacturer". Still waiting for a refund, I contacted an online agent who abruptly ended the conversation after I questioned why my order was cancelled. I was able to order the exact same lamp from a different company for an even cheaper price and the order is already shipped and on it's way over. Unfortunate experience.
Update to my previous post. My chandelier arrived when it was supposed to (thanks, Ken!) and looks and works beautifully. One of the glass cases was broken - 1 out of 12 ain't bad - and I was able to connect with an awesome customer service rep who has already ordered my replacement part immediately. We got off to a rocky start, Lumens, but you're back in my good graces.You really have to go out of your way to be this bad, Lumens. I placed an order, received a confirmation email, then when I attempted to track down by order, was told that they seem to have "lost it." But I was then told by the world's most ambivalent customer service rep that I'm welcome to "just try to place it again online and hope that it works this time." In the meantime, I've lost a week on an order that was supposed to deliver tomorrow.
The only saving grace was when I insisted on speaking to a sales rep was that I ended up with Ken who is trying his best to place and expedite my order. Will it arrive? Who knows, but I'm hopeful. I'll let you know if/when/what arrives, and do another review then.

If this is not a scam, they're trying really hard to be one.

They are definitely not a reputable company. Steer clear of ordering anything from them.
